This position will be 50% belong to HR and 50% belong to Finance and will responsible for: - HR processes (the process of payroll and other benefits to employees and contingent workers; the process of calculation and transfer social security taxes to state extra-budgetary social funds according to Russian legislation; control of the salary project with a bank; cash flow statements; checking and control of employee's expense reports; work with sick lists of employees; etc.) - Finance processes (AP accounting, booking, reconciliation; Production accounting; Inventory accounting; QA cost accounting; Customs duties accounting and reconciliation; Freight cost accounting; Indirect purchasing accounting, 3way matching; IC accounting, paperwork related to IC services; Closing support; IC reconciliation; SOX processes support)
