1) Organization and maintenance of records management and document flow; create and maintain databases (for correspondence, PoA etc.) 2) Supervise the office correspondences, record maintenance, filing, indexing and the like; prepare and distribute correspondence$ arrange and prepare presentations; 3) Maintain calendars and schedules of general director; preparation of meetings held by the General Director; prepare and distribute minutes of meetings; maintenance and registration of protocols during meetings; 4) provide general support to visitors/ callers; answer, screen and direct incoming calls; 5) Organization of office supply with stationery, consumables and other material assets necessary for the work of the office; 6) Manage business trips arrangements: booking tickets, hotels, taxi etc.; 7) Translation of documents; 8) Maintain and upkeep meeting rooms.
